I have suffered from tmj for abpout 10 years. In the last years I could not bite into any hard foods and when I lay on my left side my jaw would come out of alignment. In October 201 I started taking glucosamine and chondtitin with msn triple strength from the vitamin shoppe. After 4 weeks I gained some streangth back into my jaw so I could chew. After three months my jaw was fully functional but there was still soreness in the temporomandibular joint. Now it has been 6 months and the soreness is gone. I feel I can say I am cured. I never though I would benormal again. that I could eat normally and have headaches and pain constantly. It's like a miracle.I would recommend it to anyone with TMJ. Good luck!
