I am a 44 year white male, I have experienced muscle loss in my left calf over the pass two years. I had Perthes disease as a child with one leg shorter than the other. Currently I have crepitus in my lower spine with bone spurs. Could the muscle loss be due to potential Osteoarthrits? I also have a Baker's cyst on my right knee which is the on the shorter leg. I feel like I have become more bow-legged over the past three years.
