I am 40 and no doctors are taking me surios

I am 40 and in real bad pain. I'm on tons of meds. The doctors ask me why do I have OA & OP. I have been to 7 Rhue.doctors. I also have severe  fibro. I live in Cinti Ohio and can't find a good doctor. My mobility is getting worse day by day. I have it in ever joint in mybody and have bumbs on everyone to. I don't no what to do anymore or where to go I have even been to Indy. I need a doctor to treat me anybody no of one? I can no longer work and I'm on medicaid plus I need both knee's replaced and hips are going to any help would be great. thank you Jim
