I am sorry that you feel so bad. Some times we just have to talk to ourselves.and just get going.I have had osteo for over twenty years.I also have fibro, and osteoporouis.I have had two fractures of th spine and one ruptured disc, and all of the discs in my cervical area are  bulging.I have had to stop living the way I like to and try and live my life the best I can.Yes I do get upset, and mad.But I can still live,I can still hug my grandchildren, and still irritate my husband.I do take four pain pills a day and get trigger point injections every month. All I can tell you is you have to take this a day at a time, and come to an understanding with yourself,on how to live your life.
