Many of our readers are aware that I will be returning to my other home in Africa in4 short weeks. At times, all of the extra paperwork and preparations become almostintimidating, but gratefully, I am fairly well-organized and super at making (and following) my lists.
I was fascinated with...

I really don't know what is causing that. I see the answer to my questions about your business after reading this post. How does one purchase your Pancakes.
I don't sell my patticakes (pancakes)--I do a great deal of baking and have made over 35 varieties of cookies (many with flax and wheat germ to increase nutrition)--I also have 3 kinds of granola bars, French bread and have been making entrees in quantities to freeze for the holidays for many people (chicken 'n noodles, shrimp jambalaya, roast pork with stuffing, etc.). Due to time constraints I won't be making any more entrees before I leave for Africa. All cookies are packaged for the freezer and are sold by the half-dozen or dozen. Granola bars are packaged and sold individually. At this time, I will not be accepting many moore orders because I'm pretty booked until just before I leave. I've found when I'm in Africa for many months at a time---there are an incredible amount of "things" to get done before I leave the US that simply can't be handled when I'm living in a different country and continent!!!

Well, by time you come home again, I will be retired so maybe I'll able to help you with baking or something. I plan to do volunteering in schools where they need it. Have a good trip!
