I knew I had osteo from the time I was 26 years old. Now, I am 70 and for more than six or seven steps, I am in a power wheelchair. All these people who say use it of lose it are crazy. I tried to walk and all I got was more pain. Now I it in my feet, elbows, shoulders & neck. I will no listen to anyone who talks about exercise.
