Woooow it‘s awsome that you can go on with your life in that way...I have arthritis since february of 2010...But before that I had surgery in both knees, one shoulder and right ankle.... It was bacause all the exercise I practiced, I used to run for a Track & Field team.... Since then I only can swim a little or walk...I‘m 25 years old and I do the same things that I did before....
