I have to tell you...I love reading your posts because you are so...honest with your opinions. And you are just fun to read.
Okay so I have fish oil capsules in my cupboard. But I stopped taking them because I end up burping them up. Not a good aftertaste. I would rather eat the nutrients I need from food.
