About Me
I have two lovey children. I do power walk 4 days a week 8-4 miles when I'm not in pain and my body well let me. I have lost a lot of weight just by being active and changing what I eat. We like going to the museums, trail walks,I even play basketball with the children. Of course I love the internet.
