Living with Osteoarthritis

My name is Kerry and I was diagnosed with degenerative osteoarthritis, in the spring of 2006. I was only 42 at the time and was not surprised at all by what the doctor told me. Releasing Creative Energy

However, I have been doing a lot of creative things--oil painting and recently have been experimenting with watercolors. This somehow helps to not notice the aches and pains. Also i have been playing the guitar every day and learning more and more... Read moreChevron
