I WILL FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE JOURNAL LATER.DAY BY DAY THE PAIN IS GETTING WORSE IN MY JOINTS. TEARS COME TO MY EYES THE PAIN IS SO BAD IN MY HANDS AND KNEES.I HAVE NOTICED MY NECK,SHOULDERS,& LOWER BACK IS STILL COMING ON STRONG.
