Difficult prognoses

I am a very active 46 and have severe early osteoarthritis of the knee arising (viewed arthroscopically) from a sports injury, although little pain. Severe OA of the knees

I'm living with Severe OA of both knees for about 6 years and getting progressively worse. I've taken steroid shots e and drainage every 3 months or so and really doesn't do mush for pain . Itching & Arthritis site

I believe I have arthritis in my hand at the CMC joint of the thumb.  It swells and I experience some itching.  Does this go along with arthritis?  or is it something else?

Orthokine injections in joints
