At a Glance

People living with arthritis no longer have to suffer!  Special treatment options and simple lifestyle changes can often make the biggest differences in  treating arthritis and, by default, improving quality of life.  If osteoarthritis is severe, surgery may be the option.   If you are having problems, consult a doctor sooner rather than later.  Due to the degenerative quality of the condition, ignoring the pain and loss of mobility will simply cause the condition to get worse, not better. Osteoarthritis should not be slowing you down!
