At a Glance

A healthy diet is a cornerstone in osteoarthritis care. To reduce joint pain eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables for the anti-inflammatory benefits. Blueberries, strawberries, and red grapes have high levels of anti-oxidants. Try to eat seven to twelve servings of fruits or vegetables a day. Stay hydrated by drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Do your best to eliminate processed foods.
