Shoulder
Like the hip, a shoulder is made up of a ball and socket. This creates a joint with quite a few moving parts and a broad surface involved in motion. This opens the door to friction and potential breakdown of the shoulder joint. The condition can be painful and cause a loss of mobility in the shoulder, potentially causing a loss of quality of life.
