Spine

At a Glance

With a number of individual joints making up the spine, the risk of development arthritis in these joints increase dramatically.  Between each vertebrae is a cushion of cartilage, which, unfortunately, bears the potential for breakdown.  With this, a person's quality of life can suffer dramatically, as any movement can be potentially painful or difficult.  Core strengthening exercises and good posture can help prevent future back pain.
