It Keeps Getting Worse

Knee xrays

Greetings all, Some recent knee xrays shows what was described as "lipping" is this due to our old pal osteoarthritis? I have it in both knees where the two leg bones kind of rub together under the knee cap.   Any thoughts would be appreciated. chuck
