Painful ache in back of left thigh starts from behind the knee and ends about half way up my thigh..

The pain gets worse when i bend my leg even when i am kneeling on the floor and i rest backwards slightly or when i am sat on my bottom and bend my lower leg in towards my thigh, the pain is horendous at this point. I have osteoathritis in both kness but much worse in my left, could...
