It is possible i had same thing similiar as yours; i have discovery that i am allergy to Gold precious metals and so i took it off and it much felt better and yes my wife understand it..so i tried put it back few days same thing again repeat so i put it away and i felt much better without gold. try that if not it must have something else. thanks you and good luck
