Hi Elizabeth,   Thank you for your question! I can only really speak about the Synvisc injections - I'd have to let someone else answer about the knee exercises that you could do that might help. The Synvisc website states that some patients show interest in repeating the treatment course six months after the first cycle. If you are interested in repeating the treatment, you should discuss the idea with your doctor. I'm not sure if your insurance covered the treatments, but the insurance may limit how often you can receive treatments.   Best of luck! Casey
