Are blood tests accurate if you are taking Glucosamine Chondroitin?

I have severe neck and upper  back pain, as an alternative to steriod shots I have started taking glucosamine chondroitin.  I do feel it has helped my mobility.  However I was told it could mask some resutls in blood tests espically for prostate cancer.

A few studies have shown that glucosamine may interact with some chemotherapeutic agents and interfere with tests for diabetes, while chondroitin has been shown to interact with the metabolism of Coumadin (Warfarin). I have not found published research to suggest the supplement interferes with PSA (prostate specific antigen), which is the test typically used in prostate cancer screening. You may want to discuss your concerns with your urologist.
