Q: need advice about a hip issue. . . osteoarthritis

What other options are available for a hip with no cartilage. The doctors all told me i need to go through a hip replacement, but i'm only 25.  which would mean it would have to be done again and again.  Are there any other options out there?   Or at least any advise on how to deal with this?  Its practically bone on bone.  One doctor said its a degenerative hip.
