Re:Prolothearapy- was successful in completely healing muscle tears in shoulders several years ago but totally ineffective in treating hips. I still had 4 cm of cartlidge 1 1/2 yrs ago and am now bone on bone. Did prolo exacerbate my condition? Don't know. Dr. Ken Knott in Marietta, Ga. does prolothearapy and has written a book "What Your Doctor Doesn't Know Can Hurt You".
