I was diagnosed with OA caused by my parachute jumping accident. Is that the same as normal OA?

My accident happened years ago, I had an open fracture on my left femur, had many surgeries, and was in a coma for a week. I have pain all over my body throughout my bones, not just my joints. The pain has worsen rapidly for the past few years. I am taking Hydromorph Contin, Hydromorphone…
