Q: IS KNEE PAIN CAUSING THIGH PAIN?

I HAVE PAIN IN MY THIGH AND IT HAS A DULL ACHE, BUT WHEN I APPLIED PRESSURE IN AN ATTEMPT TO SPECIFICALLY LOCATE THE PAIN, I NARROWED IT DOWN BUT CLOSER TO NEAR AND ABOVE MY KNEE.  I HAVE PATELLARFEMORAL AND PLICA SYNDROME IN BOTH KNEES (LIKE ARTHRITIS).  IS IS POSSIBLE THAT MY KNEE PAIN IS TRAVELING UP TO MY THIGH? IF SO, ANY SUGGESTIONS?  IF NOT, ANY SUGGESTIONS?

NO PAIN WHEN I APPLY HARD PRESSURE WITH HARD OBJECT TO THE MIDDLE & LOWER LOCATION OF MY THIGH, BUT I CAN BARELY MOVE MY LEG SINCE ALL OF MY THIGH WEIGHT IS ON THIS OBJECT.

ANYONE HAVE ANYTHING LIKE THIS? I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT IT MAY BE... I HAVEN'T STRAINED ANYTHING OR DONE TOO MUCH.  I HAVE CONSTANT KNEE PAIN THOUGH.  NO HELP WITH PAIN MEDICATION... I ALSO HAVE COCCYX PAIN (TAILBONE) WHICH IS ALSO CONSTANT UNLESS I AM LYING DOWN.
