I should think it would hurt like H to run. if its almost bone on bone maybe you should consider a knee replacement. Go to an Orthopedic surgeon . They are great and bones are their job.Cry

It sounds as though you need a knee replacement. go to see an orthopedic Dc with your Xrays. dont wait untill its so bad you can not walk. Sounds like the cartelidge is gone and the bones are touching.Surely you have had XRays done.
