My Dr. says he can't find anything wrong with me knees. Thanks Art

I worked on my knees and shin bone for 25 years splicing electric cable. I never used knee pads or other protection. Pain is severe when getting up from the ground and the top of my shin bone is extra large, warm to the touch and always hurts. Pain under the knee cap is so servere when raising up from the ground that I can't stand up for a while. Pain also all around the knee joint and both knees buckle at any time without warning. Any sugestions I can relay to my Orthopedic Dr. who says he can't see anythng wrong.

Currently taking Celebrex for 7 years/

Thanks Art
