My Dr. says he can't find anything wrong with me knees. Thanks Art

I worked on my knees and shin bone for 25 years splicing electric cable. I never used knee pads or other protection. Pain is severe when getting up from the ground and the top of my shin bone is extra large, warm to the touch and always hurts. Pain under the knee cap is so servere when raising up...
