I have a very painful knee which may need surgery but as i am just recovering from a mastectomy i dont really want to go this way as yet. It has been said thats fluid buildup from toxins in the body may be irritating the area so i should try something to cleanse my kidneys first as i am taking a number of drugs at present which may be aggravating things
