I have Osteoarthritis in my left shoulder and also in my right shoulder in the ACL.

I have Osteoarthritis in my left shoulder and also in my right shoulder in the ACL. The right dosen't cause me much discomfort however the left gives me severe pain. My orthapedist reccomends shoulder replacement. I would rather not do that (I'm only 49) and in good health otherwise. I've seen...
