Q: Will I be able to work on my knees after replacement?

Ouch, that hurts to think about. However, if recovery and outcome after a knee replacement are optimal, I do not see why not as long as you use proper protective gear (knee pads). Your range of motion will not be as full as in a normal, young knee, but it will probably be better than what you have now.
