Head pain from pituitary sugery

4 years ago I had a pituitary tumor removed (transsphenoidal resection of macroadenoma for acromegaly). Ever since then I have had and complained about head pain and pressure like feeling in my head. Often it is very distracting as it is a sharp pain that normally is on the left/top side...
