even after TKR m wife continues having pain at particular site at antero medial side of the rt knee.

my wife, 60 years,had long standing osteoarthritis of right knee and got tkr done before a month.she had a suddenly occuring acute pain on one point at middle of anteromedial side of the knee.it was considered due to OA but now even after a month of TKR the remain the same and ets some relief on pressure as it was bfore operation.medicines donot help much.hot fomantation or cold packs are also not of much help.what it could be and how to get rid of?movements of the joint dont affect the inensity of pain.THANKS.
