i have been diagnosed with cervicalgia, can you en lighten me some more or give me some advise

as i mentioned before, i don´t know the correct word in english, here it is called cervicalgia, the neck was stiff with a pain in the base of the head, then my shoulders hurt, and some part of my back, i am using a collar which helps, taking piroxicam and a muscle relaxer called victan which help alot, but i would like to know what causes this or could advise me what to do or not to do, also i am open to natural products or message etc. thanks for the help and inlightening about this matter.
