Twinky stiff and slowly increasing joint aches

Fern

Hello

I'm 46 and I did develop a twinky stiffness in the left hand and also now the 4 fingers.

This week the other hand start to be with the same problem. I can also feel my knees now more the before. I ride Motocross and I looked up the blood of urine acid and have 102mg and blood sugar is at 4.4mg so that should be Ok.

What could it be? I started drinking Beer now for about 3 to 4 years, not much but still? I try to drink now more water going from 2 litres to 3 and hopefully it will help. I also stopped to drink beer.

regards

fern

You achy joints are probably due to arthritis.  I would suggest that you try an all natural product, liquid glucosamine.  This will assist in lubricating your joints and over time you will lose the pain and stiffness.  I found much information at http://arthritis-glucosamine.net.  Here you will get the scoop on how liquid glucosamine will help you.

It was recommended by a friend of mine. I suffer from arthritis as well, and this product relieved much of my discomfort.  Give it a try.

The breakdown of cartilage in the knee can lead to bony protrusions called spurs and considerable joint pain.
