disc degeneration in lower back and neck-what kind of doctor

lower back pain goes down left leg after only 45 min standing,diagnosed with degenerative disc in neck and back ,pain is severe in mid-back and sometimes in left shoulder,diagosed with osteoarthritis 5-2008 in both knees,had two surgeries on right one on left 20 years ago now need total knee replacement on right,what kind of dr do i need to fix neck and back probably caused from car accidents 20-25 years ago.i belive neck and back can be repaired,please help-nerology-orthepedic
