the rash i get is like red inflamd spots. The sweling is bad if i use my hands my fingers swel up.
Q: my joints swell up and i have sever pain and can't walk i get a rash at the same time

The symptoms that you seem to be having are concerning. There are a group of diseases that frequently present with the symptoms you described are a grouped under the name "collagen vascular diseases". Some of the more well known of the bunch are lupus and rheumatoid, arthritis. The best type of doctor to investigate these diseases are called rheumatologists, and it may be advisable for you to seek one out so you can get some relief.

Your condition sounds more complicated than the information available on this site.
Osteoarthritis, in general, does not cause rashes. Many other conditions may cause these symptoms, but you'll need to talk to your doctor about your symptoms so your doctor can help you figure out what the problem is.

I took Penicillin and in the same day I got rash on my arms, all over my legs, bum and private part. I had slight fevers every now and then and the doctor said I must stop talking it which I did. My hands and feet had also swollen. I think I'm allergic to Penicillin. But my real question is: I wake up in the morning with bad pains in all my joints, during the day I struggle to sit up and down and look like an old lady. Its getting worse now, is this from the Penicillin as well? What can I do to relieve the pain? I'm only 20 so surely this isn't normal?!
