Q: Can soap help with restless leg and arthritis

I recently read that soap can be used for leg cramps and restless legs.  I have been suffering withmy legs since 2003 immediately after my surgery.  The pain started in my thighs and move to my legs.  The only way I can describe it is my legs have a raw felling when I am in bed.  If I keep them moving that seems to comfort them.  My  Reheumatology doctor prescribed Fexmide which is a muscle relaxer.  It take the edge off of it but does not take it completely away.  My Primary Care Physician told me I can not take muscle relaxer long term.
