I have osteoarthritis and chondromalcia of my left knee. In treatment > 7 months.

I am over weight for my height. Diagnosis first discovered when my knee was clicking and popping when I would stand to walk. Alot of pain on the back of my knee & right inner region limited my ability to walk without a limp. Since December I have been taught strenghtening exercises-work on...
