Q: SOMEONE PLEASE HELP..

.I am 38 and since July have had my knee drained at least 5 or 6 times...two MRI's and the FIRST doctor did arthoscopic surgery and it did not show anything wrong inside.  The second doctor I am seeing said I have some chipped cartilege behind the knee cap.  However as of this past Tuesday he drained it again and gave me a shot of synthetic cartilege.  As of today, two days later is is very painful and swelling again.  Lab tests of the fluid have also come up negative and they have been done 3 times....any ideas?????
