Q: Can dizziness(not positional) be related to degenerative disc disease?can it be related to posture

i am 35 yrs .old i started having dizziness 6 mths.ago.which went away in three wks. now i am  having dizziness again along with neck discomfort .Can it be posture related.my x-rays came out as C-5, C-6,C -7 (DDD--degenerative disc disease) of moderate nature.Now how do i have to manage this?do i have to go to a otolaryngologists or to a rheumatologist?is it localized since it is only in the cervical spine area or can it spread to other jts. as well?will it get worst ? do i need to keep taking ibobrufen in the longer run? what kind of arthritis is it lablled as? is it cervical spondylosis?
