Hello Denise,

 

Celebrex is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. It reduces pain by reducing inflammation. You can read more about Celebrex doses, side effects and news here. Boniva is in the drug class known as bisphosphonates. Boniva works by slowing bone loss and reduces the risk of broken bones (fractures).

 

You will need to see your doctor to determine which drug, if either, you would be better off taking. Your doctor may recommend different medications depending on your condition and specific symptoms.
