Q: Does knee cartilage regenerate with rotational field quantum magnetic resonance?

Does rotational field quantum magnetic resonance (RFQMR) help in osteoarthritis knee?

I have osteoarthritis knee.As a medical doctor I know that the treatment is mostly symptomatic(analgesics and life style modification) . However , in  my city an ex professor of radiology claims that with RFQMR cartilage regenerates in three weeks. Some papers in scientific journals(available on internet) also attest to this. However, these papers appear to have originated from a single group of workers . Could you please help me by giving your opinion on this technique?
