Q: both knees replaced 8/12/08 then 11/7/08 pain under knee caps and pain and jerking at night

I had my first knee replaced on August 12, the second one Nov 7 and have complete extension and flexion in both.  I am a female 53 years old.  My issues are pain under my knee caps when I go from a sitting to a standing position.  I live in Delaware and it may be cold related.  At night my right knee jerks and clicks a lot no where near the pain I use to be in but still enough to keep me up.  My left knee same pain under the knee cap from sitting to standing but no where near the issuses a night and this replacement was done 3 months after my right.  Do I need to be concerned.
