I have the same problem and I was recently diagnosed with Fibromyalgia.(I am a 36 yr old mom of 3) I take medication that helps with all my aches and pains now and I am so much happier. Talk to your doctor and have some tests and xrays done to check for arthritis, and have them check for the tender points of fibromyalgia. I hope you feel better.
