Cures are very rarely acheived by modern medicine, but the body does have extremely good capabilities of healing itself. The best thing that can be done is to focus on improving your health. Everything you can do to improve your health will help the body heal. Unhealthy choices should be replaced by healthy choices. A great place to start is by strictly following the Anti-Inflammatory Diet. Eliminating sugar load, balancing your omega's fats and avoiding foods that trigger pain like flavor enhancers will all help to cure yourself.
