i am suffering with terrible pain in the lower back & right hip. starting to go to the left hip. i went for a bone density scan a few years ago, and they told me that i'm on the verch of osteoporosis. walking most of the time with a cane for help. i am 65 yeard of age. had two open heart surgeries and also have a pace maker. can you please advice of what to do?
