i wake up nightly by pain occurring in my leg , from shin to knee.

at first I thought I was dreaming of the pain but upon awakening I found it to be very real. after a few minutes it does go away but it is now giving me second thoughts. I do stand three hours a day at my job - but don't feel any discomfort during that duration. I am 70...
