Hello: Sorry about your accident.  I am a year and a half out, I started exercising after the first few weeks. I still have trouble walking and will never jog again, but water exercise is good, and I also ride my exercise bike and do weights.

I had a triple fusion, and it feels like my foot is crooked or something.  Very discouraging; it seems like the arthritis gets worse and worse.   My right ankle is shot now, and since I am not healing as well as I had hoped, was wondering if anyone out there has actually had an ankle replacement with better results.--Karen
