Q: Can Celebrex cause a kidney infection?

I HAD A KNEE REPLACEMENT AND HAVE BEEN GIVE CELEBREX, VICODEN WITH TYLENOL SINCE JANUARY 25, 2009, CAN THIS CAUSE KIDNEY INFECTION?  HAVING PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK KNEE STILL BOTHERS ME I WILL BE FINISHED IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS WITH THE CELEBREX IT WILL NOT BE SUBSCRIBED ANYMORE, DON'T SEE ANY RSULTS?  WALKING AND THE BAD WEATHER IS NOT HELPING MY CONDITION EITHER!  THANK YOU.
